I have two spreadsheets spreadsheet 1 is cost1, spreadsheet 2 is cost2

In cost2 cell4 I need to evaluate the cost of an item. the cost of that item changes in relation to the amount shipped.

The values of these items are in spreadsheet cost1 cells C28-L28
If I ship 1 pallet of 720 items the cost per item is in spreadsheet 1(cost1) cell c28, if i ship two pallets that would be 1440 items and the value of those individual would be in spreadsheet 1 (cost1) cell D28, going up to 10 pallets and cell L28
1 pallet 720 cost 1 cell c28
2 Pallet 1440 cost 1 cell d28
3 pallet 2160 cost 1 cell e28
etc.... to 10 pallet cost 1 cell L28

So ultimately by evaluating how many items I have the value will be displayed in spreadsheet 2 cost 2 cell C8 and if for example the value is 1440 in cell 8 then cell c4 in the same spreadsheet will determine that the cost of each item will be in spreadsheet 1 cost 1 cell D28 (1440 =two pallets).
