Sum.if in dynamic ranges

Hi guys.

Let's see, I have this situation:

In the BS:BT columns I have some amounts that I need to remove from the total amount for the year that appears in the BV:BX columns.

I have tried both sum.if and filtering, but I can't get it to work either way.

In the BZ:CB columns you have the result that it should give.

They are all dynamic ranges (matrices).

Excel Facts

Wildcard in VLOOKUP
Use =VLOOKUP("Apple*" to find apple, Apple, or applesauce
In cell CB1: =SUMIF(BV:BV,BZ1,BX:BX)-SUMIF(BS:BS,BZ1,BT:BT)
You can replace the column references with your dynamic named ranges

You need to use INDEX rather than CHOOSECOLS
