Sum based on hour

Im trying to get a sumifs to look in A1:A100 for cells that = "D", and B1:B100 cells that the hour =21 and from the cells that meet both criteria sum from C1:C100.

Any help appreciated.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
You need SUMPRODUCT.

=SUMPRODUCT(--(A1:A100="D"),--(HOUR(B1:B100)=21),C1:C100)
