Suddenly Slicer button and Form Control on Worksheet is grey out (could not use)

In my workbook after applying update on 3rd August 2019 ,in one particular workbook Slicer and Form controls are disable (grey out) and I could not use.

I am using a workbook in MSExcel 2016 and I have saved the file in *.xlsx format. I tried to figure out every thing by checking in 'Trust Center'.

Can anybody help me in resolving the issue.
