Hey guys, I'm pretty new to PowerPivot and I'm kind of stuck here.

I have some company sales data that is summarized Quarterly and by Account Manager in a Pivot Table. There is another column showing Year-Over-Year % Growth for each Account Manger as well. I need to add a calculated column using Power pivot to show each (Account Manger's Quarterly % Growth - The Company's Quarterly % Growth). I essentially want to know if the account manger is outpacing the company's growth. I've manually added in a column to the attached workbook showing what I need to function to do. I'm not familiar with DAX functions yet and would appropriate any help on this. Thanks!
