Subtracting construction Station numbers.

What i am trying to do is, I have a Sta. number 1335+25.23 in cell A1 and another one Sta. @ 1334+12 in cell B1. is there way to subtract these in excel to figure the difference? I would like to keep the "+" symbol in there.

What is the expected result and how do you get it manually?
Could we also have a couple more examples and results?

The expected result is 113.23. You get that by taking 133525.23-133412=113.23 ft. When manually figuring it with a calculator you remove the "+" symbol.

Examples: 1335+26 - 1322+14 = 1312 ft.

1335+27 - 1285+00 = 5027 ft.

5025+03 - 5024+97 = 6 ft.

1225+12.28 - 1224+96.16 = 16.12 ft.
