Subtract Cell gradually according to Range list

Hi,
I have a large "Land Owner Database" of excel where "Column B" is divided according to "Column A" and and Area in "Column C".
"Column F" stores the purchase AREA. Now "MY Necessity" is to find out the Remaining Value in "Column G" according to "Column B" range Data.
Hope you will Understand my question.

My data is look like this (image attachment) .

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
base on your question, see if the below helps...

Excel Formula:
=IF(B2=B1,G1-C2,F2-C2)
