I am trying to open a Excel 97-2003 file that contains macros. For some reason when I do so, it opens it but immediately says "subscript out of range". I know my syntax is correct because it works perfectly fine when I open any other macro filled excel file. I have double checked my Trust Center settings already. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Excel Facts

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
I should clarify that I am opening it in vba with the code below.

Workbooks.Open (filepath)
