Subscript out of range - Append import

I try to modify my column headers and still this error. Any ideas?

What exactly are you trying to do and how?

I think that error may indicate that you are trying to import an invalid entry (i.e. importing text into a numeric field, or importing a null value into a required field), but we would probably need to know more details.
