I've not seen any options for unsubscribing to threads in the control panel. When you click "reply" to a thread, Notification Type is automatically selected or highlighted on "Instant email".

Is there a way I can make "Do not subscribe" as the default?

Edit:
Actually I know how to unsubscribe to a thread after the fact. I just want to know how to change the default setting.

Hi

Go UserCP > Edit Options

In Default Thread Subscription Mode choose 'Do not subscribe' or 'No email notification'.

Oye! I don't know how I could have missed such a simple setting! Thank you Jon.
