Hi everyone,
If there is something below novice, that is me when it comes to Access. But here I am.
I am creating an interface for a pretty simple database. We have one table that tracks a customer refund request, and another table that tracks the reason they requested a refund. They are linked by a field called Tracking #. The information for these tables is entered manually on forms. Up to this point we have had them on different forms, let's call them request form and reason form. It has been requested that they be put on the same form.
So I have been trying to put the reason form onto the request form as a subform. I used Tracking # to create the parent/child relationship.
In design view it looks perfect, but in Form view and Layout view the subform just shows as a blank box. I checked to ensure that the "Visible" property of the subform is set to yes.
Any ideas?
I can't post the db as it contains confidential information.
