All,

Good Evening

Just a quick query I have.

I have to input data into my database on a Weekly basis.
I record various data for 12 people.
I have a form that has 12 records in it with Person 1 is record 1 and carrys on to Person 12 is record 12

All the data has been entered for Week 1

I input the data for week 2 onto record number 13 for person 1 , When i exit the form and reopen it again the data doesn't appear to be there but when i look, it saves it on record number 1 ...which is Week 1

How do i get get it to save it on record 13 for week 2

I have described this as best as i can

Many thanks

Steve

Can Excel fill bagel flavors?
You can teach Excel a new custom list. Type the list in cells, File, Options, Advanced, Edit Custom Lists, Import, OK

Steve,

Sounds like the design of the form is causing the issue. Is it possible to post a sample/copy of the database with sample data.. Any confidential data replaced/removed.
