I have subtotal a large data sheet and only want to copy the totals to a new page. How do I do this?

Using a mouse in Excel is the work equivalent of wearing a lanyard when you first get to college
If you used the subtotal command then select view 2 that only shows the totals.
Select the data you want to copy and press F5 to bring up the go to window.
Click on Special then select visible cells only and click OK
Ctrl+C to copy then go to your other sheet and Ctrl+V to past
