I'm really new to Excel.
Here's my challenge:

2 spreadsheets with the exact same headers and a unique identifier (phone number)

Spreadsheet #1 has 5 complete entries for all columns
LName, FName, DOB, Phone#, Make, Model

Spreadsheet #2 has only Phone# completed and missing all other info
LName, FName, DOB, Phone#, Make, Model

There has to be an easy way to fill in the blanks from Spreadsheet #2 without using VLOOKUP for each column.

Please help. THANK YOU in advance.
Pat

Excel Facts

Which lookup functions find a value equal or greater than the lookup value?
MATCH uses -1 to find larger value (lookup table must be sorted ZA). XLOOKUP uses 1 to find values greater and does not need to be sorted.
Thank you very much mole999! Went on Youtube and saw an excellent video on how to use INDEX/MATCH. Was able to do exactly what I wanted.
Thanks again for your help. Much appreciated! :)
