Studies on Excel Efficiency

Has anyone seen any studies or research on how much more efficient one can work using the keyboard instead of the mouse in Excel?


I've seen several websites say "studies show you can work 10 times faster", but none of them link to any study.


I've also seen a 1989 study by Apple that shows the mouse is more efficient than the keyboard, but that's obviously not what I want (not Excel specific, and that's a long time ago...).
