Hi everyone, not sure if this thread belongs here but couldn't find anywhere else.
Okay so I've been tasked with creating a .pdf file (a questionnaire) that people can fill out, and then this information will get collated together using Excel. The tools at my disposal are the newest versions of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, Indesign DC and obviously Excel (365).
So far I can create the pdf okay, however when I import the data it only shows column 1 with the headings. Nothing ever shows up from the answers side. Things will show up in the second column if I use a table, however I'm not going to be using a table as nearly everything is radio buttons.
Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? Is there a setting I'm missing when creating the interactive objects in the pdf? I've tried naming them carefully and everything, putting them closer to eachother etc. None of the tutorials I've watched go into much detail on actually linking the interactive object (ie. grouping them or whatever), and apparently this is meant to happen automatically.
thanks to anyone who can provide any help on this at all
Neil
