Is there a predefined function in VBA which I can use for converting string into Integer by passing the string maybe as an argument or something like that?

Another question again regarding VBA is when I have a sheet with rows of data. Each rows has 15 or so columns filled with data. Now the rows are dynamic i.e. its not a fixed amount everytime so it could be only 15 rows or 500 rows. I know how to delete them by looping through the rows and deleting data from each cell. But I am sure there is a better way.

Can someone help. Thanks in advance.
