Streak of consequitive numbers that fulfill the conditions

Hi guys,

I am trying to find the way to calculate the number of values that fulfill two conditions:

- my data set is in A:G
- I select the specific date (columns I:J) as an input
- I need to calculate, how many consequitive numbers are there, that are >1, calculating from the selected date to the past...

so if I select e.g. 03/2017, for item #4, I will find 2 consequitive numbers >1

sorry if not being specific enough, thanx in advance
