I have a large information grid/table that is normally printed on an A3 sized sheet in landscape, over a period of time the left hand side of the data is fairly static so in an effort to reduce wastage of consumables I am endevouring to print the left hand side on A3 portrait once and as the right hand side changes just print that
Ok so setting a print area for the left hand side and printing A4 portrait, margins all round set to zero to maximise effective printing area, fit to page, this prints ok
if I then clear the print area and set it for the right hand side, same number of rows from my formatted table, a different number of columns, which should not affect depth of print on the page
again fit to page, zeroed margins, excel decides to increase the bottom margin on printing so that when the 2 A4 sheets are placed side by side the rows do not match up
in both cases the centre horiz and vert are unticked as well
whare am i going wrong
