Storing Gifs in Excel File

Hello,

I am pretty new to Excel and VBA, so my question might be too simple:

I have to create an excel file which shows a .gif animation depending on some values in a table (when the values change, a different gif has to be shown).
This workbook will have to be used by other people, so I do not want to have to send the gifs files. The workbook will have to run on its own (be autonomous).

So my question is what option do i have to store the gifs in the workbook in order to select them and show them later. (maybe paste them in a sheet, far away and then copy them in the visualization sheet, i do not know)

Sorry beforehand for the description of the problem, the fact that I do not know excel's nomenclature very well and that english is not my first language might have an impact on the understandability of my post

Thanks in advance for your help!
