Store sum to each cells in a column

A1=2, A2=3. Then C1 should be the sum(2+3=5). But next time we change the values in A1 and B1 as "4","3" then the sum- 7 stored to B2, not B1. ....to B3. Thus the B1 not changing yet. What can do?
