Store card excel graphic

Hello, anyone know if it is possible for to generate graphic as below picture for storage space?

I am new to dry dock accounting and would like to control empty containers storage. I am nowhere to go, just thinking if it is possible? Or any suggestions for applications for my desire?

I searched Google and found below picture. I got an idea. Container A1 is stored at spot A ground floor then the picture show green on spot A and number 1. 1 stand for ground floor. Container B1 is stored at spot B 3rd floor then the picture show green and number 3. Any formula to fill cell or box to green and number base on criteria? Do we use cell or box for this issue? Any other easy way? Thank you very much for your advise

Just thinking of an other way to solve my problem by adding text box and build as the shelf. Not about formula.
