Stopping a Userform from initializing after document is saved

Howdy. I create a lot of client letters, using userforms. Once the user has completed the form and clicks "Submit", the letters populate with the info from the form. Is there a way, other than instructing the users to perform a Save As and changing the file extension, to stop the userform from initializing again if the saved document is re-opened?

I hope that makes sense. Thank you!

You could use a custom document property or document variable to hold a flag that you macro tests before loading the userform. Simply add some code to the Submit button to set the flag to indicate it's already been run.
