stop Value Paste on tab

I am having an issue with people value pasting tabs that should keep the formulas on them. So I want to prevent them from value pasting on specific Tabs unless they put tab in new book.

Is this possible?
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Sort by date Sort by votes
One way you could do this is to use the worksheet change event to rewrite all the formula on the worksheet

No need to use VBA.
step 1, set all the cells as unprotected:

step 2, select the cells with Fx , then Lock them:

step 3, Protect your worksheet:
