I need help to stop this formula =MIN(IF(K10:N10>TODAY(),K10:N10)) from returning 1/0/1900. I would like the formula to return a blank, or "Recommendation Needed", if all dates are before today.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
Hi,

Does wrapping your formula in another IF not solve the issue? E.g. =IF(MIN(IF(K10:N10>TODAY(),K10:N10)), "","Recommendation Needed")
