Hi,

I type in this formula:
F12=COUNTIF(E11,'CIFE 831'!$C$10:$C$121173)

Then excel automatically copies the whole formula down the worksheet. I don't want this. It doesn't work if I delete the formula in cell F13, it just changes the result of F12 to SPILL!

This is so annoying it happens and it is almost impossible to get excel to just STOP@

Excel Facts

Format cells as date
Select range and press Ctrl+Shift+3 to format cells as date. (Shift 3 is the # sign which sort of looks like a small calendar).
Maybe
Excel Formula:
=sum(COUNTIF(E11,'CIFE 831'!$C$10:$C$121173))
