Hi

I often end up pasting in information from various sheets and want to change it all to Calibri, so I hit control+A twice and then type in the Font box.

However, when I type in Calibri, it defaults to Calibri Light, which I don’t want. Even if I exactly type “Calibri”, if I hit enter, it still changes to Calibri Light. I have to type Calibri and then hit delete, then enter.

Is there a way to adjust this behaviour?

I’m not looking for a formatting macro, just in case that’s what you were thinking J

Thanks!

Not as far as I know. Are you using a theme that has Calibri Light as the body or headings font?

When typing calibri you'll need to hit the [Delete] key to clear the rest of the autocomplete.

Or use the dropdown.
