i have generate a very simple sales tracker Spreadsheet that counts sales made daily compared to target for the day and giving me a total at the end of the day if target was made or not if it was it amount will be a + and if not, the amount will be a -
so the sheet starts at day one and gets updated daily with the new overall sales total telling me where i stand for that day regarding the target
at the bottom of the sheet i have 4 different totals with the ref as below
Cell | Heading | Total
B31 Target R690,060.00
B32 Current R640,173,59
B33 Needed R-49,886.41
B34 Over R0
so what i am looking to do is when the total in Row B32 reaches the total in Row B31 the Needed amount in Row B33 will reach zero and then what ever gets invoiced after this must then start adding in Row B34 showing that i have reached target and am now going into over Amount required for the month.
please could you let me know what formula i would need to use to do this
