Has anyone noticed when pulling historical data for split adjusted stocks and ETFs that they are not adjusted ie. MSOX 11/19/2024? There are hundreds of examples of split adjusted stocks and ETFs. I have used the contact support via the program to then have a person call me. I explained this issue and they transferred me to another department. The second department answered the phone hung up immediately and then in the history of my issue it's marked resolved. I tried three times and had the exact same result. I have also clicked the "report data issues" within the program, shown as a flag. No response of fix.

May I ask is there a way to fix this myself?

If not any advice on how to contact the correct department within Excel to see if they could fix this issue? I have called Refinitiv and they told me to contact Excel.

Excel Facts

Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
Ah I just learned that Refinitiv does not adjust stock prices prior to the event. Pity.
