If you start asking yourself if now is a good time to save your Excel workbook, the answer is Yes
Four down and six along? Simple enough to test.

VBA Code:
Sub MagicPolygon()

    Dim FirstCell As Range

    Set FirstCell = Sheet1.Range("B4")

    FirstCell(4, 6) = 1

End Sub

You could put the Sub code in a Module and, with your cursor in the Sub, hit F5 to run it. The number "1" will appear in cell G7. A button would work too...
