I was wondering if anyone can help me with the following<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I am trying to remember something that i was taught a long time ago and keep hitting a wall

What it is is that you remove the peaks and troughs

So if you had a good week and then a bad week it would balance it out

If anyone can remember what its called or a link it to something to help me that would be great
