Stacking Coordinates into a list

Hi.

I would really appreciate some help with this, ive been wasting so much time on a task I know can be automated but have no idea where to start.

I need to stack sets of two columns into a list.

I need to convert the database into this format for a old school numerical modeling tool.

I need the dataset label to remain as a separator (I will change dataset to P when complete) and each dataset has an varying number of points

There can be up to 800 of these individual data sets so manually copying these is destroying my will to live.

Please Help!
