Stacked + Clustered Bar Chart

Hello,

I want only one of my bars get stacked. I add additional data but it shows up only in the first bar. Let me explain with image:

This orange stacked part must be on the top of bar of 2017. Any idea how to do this? File on image: https://we.tl/IcfmrCwobR

If you format your data as follows (one line per year) it is easy and just a stacked bar chart. Other than that I would recommend the pivot chart, but you do not get the 2 colors.
