SQL Database linked to Power Pivot then to a table in Excel - Need Dynamic Dashboards

I have thousands of rows of data and near 100 workers.

I need dynamic dashboards like the one below with subtotals for each item category.

I've accomplished linking Power Pivot to the SQL Database and creating a linked table in Excel.

What is the best way to create dashboards that will update when the Power Pivot and attached tables are updated through the SQL Database.
