Hello, I am new to both SPSS and using Excel in a more detailed manner. I just recently learned that some data analysis can be run in Excel, similar to how it is run in SPSS. I am curious to know if Excel's analysis features compare with SPSS? Can I get the same detailed results or will SPSS give me better or more detailed results? Are there any other major differences I should be aware of when running/analyzing data in SPSS vs. Excel?
