Good morning

I need to create a document which will allow separate stakeholders to record incidents (but not see other reports). I then need to see that data live in a consolidated spreadsheet to allow me to analyse on the go.

Do i have pipe dreams or is there a way for this to happen?

Excel Facts

Lock one reference in a formula
Need 1 part of a formula to always point to the same range? use $ signs: $V$2:$Z$99 will always point to V2:Z99, even after copying
1. You can use Excel Microsoft Forms (similar to Google Forms) to collect data in a structured way.

2. You can also have the users complete their own personal spreadsheet and store it in a folder.
Each user would have their own password protected workbooks and you and only that user would have access.
Then you could use power query to compile the worksheets together.

The forum is unsure of what version of excel you use. Please update your profile so it shows up on your button. Some versions may not have a solution for you. Some versions may provide an easier formula.
