Hi been tasked with setting up a 3 year rolling account of members possible 400 who will be given tasks to complete and scored on weather they achive them this will be shown as a traffic light RED AMBER GREEN
after one year points will deminish by .50% after two years 75% and after 3 years 100% is this something which requires a database route or can it be done with a spreadsheet solution.
The aim is to be able to keep track of who is RED, AMBER, or GREEN at any one time.
Thank you.

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Lots of views but no advise.. Which way should I go Excel or Access?
