In Excel 2003, I have managed to make the sheet go all blue. Cannot get spreadsheet cells to show. Can see only the top line with the address of one cell at a time and (next to fx) is the contents of that cell. This happened while I was closing multiple spreadsheets I had open and minimized. I have saved , closed, and re-opened the spreadsheet in an attempt to recover, but to no avail.
How do I get the rows and columns to re-appear?

Excel Facts

Pivot Table Drill Down
Double-click any number in a pivot table to create a new report showing all detail rows that make up that number

I forget how to access it in xl2003, but you need to get to the options for showing gridlines, toolbars, scrollbars, etc. and if the checkboxes are blank, start putting some checks in them until your stuff returns.

Thanks for your help JLGWhiz. You got me going through menus and I solved the problem in View, then Full Screen........duh............. I have no idea how I got away from the full screen, but I am back and the spreadsheet is fine now.
