Hi All,

I have a data string in column A that i need to split out by the "_", however when i use text to columns it drops the leading zero's.

Can anyone help in coming up with a solution?

Example of the string is below
<tbody>
211_0807_1009_00_03
</tbody>
Create a chart in one keystroke
Select the data and press Alt+F1 to insert a default chart. You can change the default chart to any chart type
My apologies, yes you can. When using text to columns, when you get the final stage you can select the type for each column. Click on each column and select 'text'. That achieves it

You do not have to click on each column one at at time... select the first column then shift click the last column... all the columns will be selected and when you click the Text option button, all the selected columns will change at once.

Even better. Yes I'd guess it would take some time if you had many columns. Cheers Rick.
