Hi, I have a list of about 40,000 names that I would like to be able to split. Right now I have:

Smith, John
Doe, Jane A

I would like to separate first and last into their own cells, remove the middle, and then have that first and last be added to another cell as jane.doe so that I can add to all of them @email.com

Let me know if I need to further clarify. Thank you!

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
You will need to do the example in the flash fill for at least two rows showing that the middle initial is missing for the second row for Excel to learn correctly.
