Hi

I've had a search through but not found a specific answer (yet) for a resolution to my issue.

Here is some data I'm working with (don't worry about spelling in data it's how image to text sees it right now):

2013/07/23 04:23:00 0 p 606 31,89 Talon
2013/07/21 20:36:36 0 p 600 31,149 Ar1ge|sWithHorns
2013/07/21 04:16:30 0 p 599 31,209 Angelus
2013/07/22 17:42:12 0 p 604 31,269 Talon
2013/07/20 17:54:35 0 p 602 1231,149 Talon
2013/07/23 02:49:30 0 p 601 1231,209 Liberation
2013/07/22 22:52:19 0 p 606 1231,269 Deathinc
2013/07/23 00:05:07 0 p 617 1231,329 Nova
2013/07/22 13:47:54 0 p 634 1231,389 YAMABUSHI

When I copy this currently it places it all in Col A so I'm looking for a way break it down into separate Columns but delimiter is only giving me limited options.

Firstly, I want the date and time to stay in the same column then everything after to split when there's a space.
Here's an example where I'll use a | to show where I want my break.

2013/07/22 13:47:54|0|p|634|1231,389|YAMABUSHI

Another restriction in where the last group of numbers get longer so this starts to incorporate parts of the names.

If I use delimiter option it almost works, expect it splits the date and time up which I don't want.

Any suggestions on how to do this please.

Regards

Excel Facts

How to total the visible cells?
From the first blank cell below a filtered data set, press Alt+=. Instead of SUM, you will get SUBTOTAL(9,)
Two separate delimiters, never thought of that :), cheers.

I ment to run the process twice, first time with a fixed width separation, into 5 columns
the fifth column would be (since the amount column has variable width)
1231,389 YAMABUSHI
which then can be separated by space

Or just split everything by space and put the date and time columns back together into one
