Splitting a worksheet by Column and saving it as different workbooks while copying remaining worksheets from original workbook

First-time poster here, so please help me if I'm not doing something quite right.


I am a manager of a workbook that tracks our Global Complaints at our company. This file has a Master Sheet where we list every complaint and then 5 other worksheets where I present the information through Pivot Charts. Each week I manually divide the File per region, sending separate files to each region Head. I found this macro (see below) which is splitting my Master Sheet into different workbooks, but there is something I would need additionally. I would need that the new split workbooks contain all the worksheets with the pivot charts from the original Global File, but now displaying only the split data in each workbook.
