Split Text with formula

Hi all,
I want to split text in multiple rows using formula. In Colomn A is the raw data which I want to split so that I can get only data that I need. Example data I need is in colomn B and C. Can you please help? Thanks Al

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
There is not enough commonality between what you want to do with each type of data for you to be able to do this with a formula.
