Mock spreadsheet as per below.

1. I have a power query which has over 500 lines. (Column A - C)
  • I have set conditional formatting to highlight specific cells containing the word "CANCELLED".
  • The user of this report will need to scroll through 500 lines to identify any "cancelled" transactions without a corresponding accepted transaction.
  • Once the user identifies the "cancelled transaction without an accepted transaction" the Cancelled transaction will need to be copied & pasted into the top template in column G - I.
  • Auto generated template will re-label the transaction type from "Cancelled" to "This is a cancelled transaction"

Is there any way to lock the cells on the right, and only be able to scroll (up and down) through the data in columns A - C? Is there a way to have 2 vertical scrolls?

Originally I had the locked cells from Row 1-20, however the data often exceeds 20 lines, so its not convenient using this method.

Please assist. thank you!

Why can't spreadsheets drive cars? They crash too often!
In a similar situation, I am opening New Window and arranging vertically to view as required.
