Hello all,

I am after some help with the following;

I have a database with membership status. Conditional formatting colours the entries when they are overdue or coming up for review. I then have a button linked to VBA which copies the postal address of overdue people (or people that require review) to a different sheet (sheet3). This is obviously dynamic depending on when I run the search so at the moment I have about 18 people who are overdue all listed in column A.

What I want to do next is take this list of 18 and split it as equally os possible into 3 columns on sheet 2 (as that is set up for postal labels) I can't figure out how to 'grab' the list on sheet3, divide it by 3 and paste it to sheet2. Can anybody help?

Happy to clarify anything I have not explained very well.

Thank you,

Mike

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
