Split and Rename PDF document based on content

Hi everyone,

This is my first post on here and I hope someone can help me. I was wondering if it is possible to split a 200 pages PDF document to 200 individual PDF files and rename these individual files with the vendor's name, which is in the content of the PDF (all vendor names are in the same area).

I would appreciate all the help or suggestions!
