How to convert this number [TABLE="width: 102"]

Into:
[TABLE="width: 122"]
<tbody>[TR]

[/TR]
</tbody>[/TABLE]

If you want a physical value in a different cell, you could use ths formula...

=TEXT(A1,"00-000-0-000-0000")
