Thinking of credits Splash Screen, but want it clean looking -- without the header and the X close button.
Removing those seems cumbersome and involve more than I'd like to get involved with.

Perhaps a simpler solution is possible, namely to make Excel form invisible, but content visible?

Excel Facts

Using Function Arguments with nested formulas
If writing INDEX in Func. Arguments, type MATCH(. Use the mouse to click inside MATCH in the formula bar. Dialog switches to MATCH.
I doubt it. That would be like saying make the bucket invisible, but I want to see the water that's in it. No doubt you found code to hide the bar, but you're saying it's too cumbersome to copy and paste it into your project?

cumbersome and involve more than I'd like to get involved with - that was my impression at a glance

Got to always try and see if there is an simpler solution
Invisible form, but still there to hold visible content -- maybe somebody found a way

Well, if they figure it out at least I should get a notification. In the meantime I tested. Once I found code it took me 4 minutes to open a wb, add the code and run it - no bar as promised.
I can't imagine what could be simpler than that, but I hope you find it.
