Spin Wheel and get name

Hello Mentors,

I want to create a wheel (circle) in excel and spin it to find a luckiest one out of 350 names. Would it be possible to create such function?

I have done it with the help of formula (=INDEX($A:$A,RANDBETWEEN(1,COUNTA($A:$A)),1)) by keeping list of names in A column and it also finds the name randomly as I wanted. But, it didn't look good. I want to a wheel to spin and randomly pick a name then pop it out from the wheel.

Wheel Decide

Max of 100 names so 5 spins in total.

Grp1 - Names 1 - 100
Grp2 - Names 101 - 200
Grp3 - Names 201 - 300
Grp4 - Names 301 - 350

Grp5 - Grp1 - Grp4 Winners

My suggestion is to not use Excel.

The spinning of a wheel is possible with VBA but your requirement is more complicated (Take list of names from A:A, Have a pop-out animation)

And How do I pop-out animation? I can follow your guidelines to make it happen through VBA.
Please can you guide me in details.

No, my advice is to not waste your time and don't use Excel.
