Spin button - is max really ony 100

Can max value of 100 for a spin button be changed? (I don't want to use the scroll bar because I don't like that middle bar thing)

I just went into the properties section and saw the 100 in max. I manually changed it to 200. I'll post back and let people know if that is really all it takes.
